Track Classroom Attendance

RollCaller is powerful system for automating attendance tracking in classrooms. The system has two primary components:

RollCaller Data Collection Device. Click for larger version

Attendance Data Collection Terminal: When students arrive in class, they simply swipe their student ID card into an attendance data collection terminal called the "Collector". If the student does not have an ID card, you can allow them to key in their ID number instead. The attendance data can be downloaded from the Collector to a computer via USB cable or automatically via the web if you use the Collector with the Wi-Fi option.

Attendance Database software: The attendance data downloaded from the Collector is analyzed using RollCaller's powerful database software. This software analyzes attendance data and generates over ten reports on attendance, absenteeism, tardiness, and more.

There are two ways in which you can use RollCaller:
Each instructor can get a Collector and use it in all of his or her classes. The instructor will need to take the Collector to each class meeting to gather the attendance data.
You can permanently mount the Collector on the wall of each classroom and use it to collect attendance data for all classes held in this classroom.

The Attendance Tracking Software provides you with the following attendance tracking reports:
