Pricing and Ordering
The cost of the RollCaller system depends on the following:
1. Number of Collectors Needed
The number of Collectors needed depends on your application. For example, an ESL teacher who needs to track and report on students' attendance to her classes would only need one Collector. On the other hand, a school that needs to track the attendance of all its students would need one Collector per classroom tracked. The cost of the Collector decreases with the quantity needed. For example, if you only need one USB Collector, the cost of the Collector would be $399. If on the other hand you need 100 USB Collectors, your fee would drop to $250.
2. Wi-Fi Option
To download the attendance data from the Collector you can either use a USB cable or use an optional Wi-Fi card to enable downloading the data via the web. The Wi-Fi option adds about $100 to the cost of the Collector.
3. Software Application
The attendance data is processed by special software designed to work with the Collectors. This software will download the attendance data and will then display the attendance reports.
We offer different types of software with the RollCaller software depending on the application. For example, the classroom attendance software shows different reports from the conference tracking software. The licensing fee of the software depends on the application.
Also your software application might be desktop based (running off your computer network), or it might be web-based (running off the Internet). The web-based applications are needed if you want to track attendance off-site or if you want to check reports from anywhere. Note that all of the RollCaller applications can be customized to suite your needs. We can add new reports or collect different data as required. The customization fee depends on the amount of programming work needed to support your unique requirements and will be quoted for free upon request.
4. Additional Fees
Depending on your application, there might be additional fees required. For example, if you are tracking attendance at a conference and need ID cards for your attendees, we can provide these cards for you for an additional fees.
